Olivier Mingneau

In 2014, Olivier obtained a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Brokerages at Hogeschool Gent. After graduating, he did an internship at De Syndic in Kortrijk where he received his own number as a real estate agent. Following this internship, Olivier worked as a building manager for several years. When Sufina was looking for an administrator for the property portfolio of Sukaf, part of Sufina, Olivier came in sight. He signed a contract as Property Manager.

At Sufina, Olivier manages the property portfolio of Sukaf regarding the residential as well as the commercial properties. Besides the daily management, he is also responsible for the sale and lease of buildings. Sukaf also regularly launches its own small new build projects, for which Olivier makes sure everything runs smoothly. From the search for project plots to discussions with architects and site supervision to completion.
