The organisation responsible for the processing of the data described here is SUFINA (Ltd.), with the registered office at Vredestraat 49/1 8790 Waregem, west flanders, Belgium. The Company commits itself to respect your privacy and this privacy declaration explains how it wants to do this. By using the website of the Company and the sharing of personal data, you agree to the use of your data by the Company in accordance with this privacy declaration.

Collection of data

We only collect personal data that visitors of our website provide specifically and voluntarily. We only collect a limited amount of personal data, such as first name, family name and email address of visitors of our website, mostly in the context of an information request regarding our Company, including but not limited to press releases or newsletters of our Company. It is our policy to limit the personal data collected by us to those details that are necessary to respond to the question of a visitor.

Visitors also have the possibility to send an email via our website. Their messages will contain their screen name and mailing address, as well as all extra data the visitors include in their message. Because we also use our website for recruitment, a visit to our website can also lead to a visitor sending a resume to a person within the Company.

Sensitive personal data

We do not want to collect sensitive personal data through our website, unless legally required for recruitment purposes.

Access, rectification, right to be forgotten & withdrawal of consent

Every visitor has the right to access the personal data he has provided through our website to identify any possible inaccuracies and correct them.

The visitor can update his personal data by going back to the registration process. Questions about the accuracy of personal data that have been provided earlier through our website to the Company or requests to delete outdated personal data, must be addressed to info@sufina.be

However, we do not safeguard nor monitor the lasting correctness of these personal data. Only authorised personnel of the Company is granted access to these personal data, and these employees have committed themselves to guarantee the confidentiality of these data.
